Aunt Keeka's Crawfish Pasta

Ingredients
  1. 1 STICK BUTTER
  2. 1 MEDIUM ONION
  3. 1 BUNCH GREEN ONIONS
  4. FRESH GARLIC
  5. 1 POUND CRAWFISH (FRESH OR FROZEN)
  6. 1 COOKING SPOON FLOUR
  7. 1 TABLESPOON DIJON MUSTARD
  8. 1 CAN CHICKEN BROTH
  9. CAYENNE PEPPER
  10. SALT

Instructions
ADD BUTTER, ONION, GREEN ONION, GARLIC TO SKILLET OR POT STIR IN CRAWFISH, COOK FOR 5 MINUTES

ADD:

FLOUR
DIJON MUSTARD
BROTH
CAYENNE PEPPER AND SALT TO TASTE

SERVE OVER ANGEL HAIR PASTA

MAY FEED 3 TO 4 NORMAL PEOPLE

COOK LOW TO MEDIUM FOR 45 MINUTES
