Aunt Keeka's Crawfish Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 STICK BUTTER
- 1 MEDIUM ONION
- 1 BUNCH GREEN ONIONS
- FRESH GARLIC
- 1 POUND CRAWFISH (FRESH OR FROZEN)
- 1 COOKING SPOON FLOUR
- 1 TABLESPOON DIJON MUSTARD
- 1 CAN CHICKEN BROTH
- CAYENNE PEPPER
- SALT
Instructions
ADD BUTTER, ONION, GREEN ONION, GARLIC TO SKILLET OR POT
STIR IN CRAWFISH, COOK FOR 5 MINUTES
ADD:
FLOUR
DIJON MUSTARD
BROTH
CAYENNE PEPPER AND SALT TO TASTE
SERVE OVER ANGEL HAIR PASTA
MAY FEED 3 TO 4 NORMAL PEOPLE
COOK LOW TO MEDIUM FOR 45 MINUTES
